1. WHO WE ARE

These Terms govern your use of wealthmagick.com and your purchase of any program, course, challenge, or digital product offered by Wealth Magick, doing business as Wealth Magick. Legal Business name is Sampadini, Inc., Vermont.

2. THE EDUCATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL NATURE OF OUR PROGRAMS

Wealth Magick programs — including Wealth Magick Mastery and the Seasonal Challenges — are provided for: education; personal development; spiritual exploration; reflection and ritual practice.

Unless otherwise specified: access begins immediately upon purchase completion; access duration is lifetime for the lifetime of the product; technical requirements include a modern web browser and internet connection; updates and future versions are included for the specific version purchased.

5. REFUND POLICY

Because Wealth Magick products provide immediate access to proprietary digital educational materials, rituals, frameworks, and resources, purchases should be made thoughtfully. Please review all program descriptions and contact us with any questions before enrolling. Except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated on a particular offer, purchases of digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted. 6. PAYMENT PLANS

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to the full payment schedule as presented at checkout. Each installment will be charged on the scheduled date. Failure to complete payment does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid and may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for: determining whether the program is appropriate for your situation; exercising your own judgment in all decisions; seeking qualified professional advice for financial, legal, medical, or mental health matters; safely and responsibly engaging in any ritual or reflective practices included in the program; complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction; and your own business, financial, and personal decisions at all times.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Wealth Magick content — including course videos, workbooks, written materials, audio files, sigils, diagrams, activation instructions, frameworks, rituals, the Incarnational Wealth Method™, the Pentagram of Wealth™, the Incarnational Descent Model™, the Wealth Ascension Ladder™, podcast content, and website content — is the intellectual property of Wealth Magick, protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not:

• Share login credentials with any other person
• Copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, or resell any program materials
• Upload materials to shared drives, torrent sites, or any public or semi-public platform
• Teach or present our proprietary frameworks, rituals, sigils, or methods as your own
• Remove copyright or trademark notices from any materials
• Use our sigils, diagrams, activation instructions, or proprietary frameworks commercially without prior written permission
• Feed substantial portions of our proprietary materials into artificial intelligence systems for reproduction, adaptation, course creation, resale, or model training

You may download authorized workbooks for your personal practice only.

9. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Where a program includes community or group access, you agree to conduct yourself with respect, integrity, and professionalism. We reserve the right to remove any participant for: harassment, threats, or discriminatory conduct; solicitation or unauthorized commercial promotion; sharing other participants' confidential information; distributing program content; or disruptive conduct of any kind.

Removal for conduct violations does not entitle you to a refund. Access will be terminated immediately upon removal.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Programs are provided "as is." We make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the programs, their completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wealth Magick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our programs or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable program.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Vermont.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.
